With over 30 years of hands-2,500-houron experience, Tabatha is a Canadian-trained neuromuscular therapist and Master Active Release Techniques® Practitioner who has practiced ART® since 2007. She specializes in complex soft tissue conditions, sports therapy, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and functional movement.
Tabatha began her career in Canada, graduating from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy after completing an extensive 2,500-hour massage therapy program grounded in anatomy, physiology, assessment, and clinical treatment. After moving to Southwest Florida, she founded Naples Massage & Neuromuscular, which she built and operated for more than 25 years, establishing a highly regarded sports and medical massage practice.
After selling the practice she had spent decades building, the new owners ultimately defaulted on their obligations. What was intended to mark the culmination of more than 25 years of work, and perhaps the beginning of a well-earned retirement, instead became an unexpected lesson in trust, resilience, and starting over.
Rather than allowing someone else’s failure to become the final chapter of her career, Tabatha chose to rebuild. Woods Edge Therapy was born. Former clients returned, referred friends and family, and helped the new practice quickly take root.
Her approach remains highly analytical and results-driven. Rather than simply treating where it hurts, Tabatha looks for the underlying source of pain, restriction, and dysfunction. She works extensively with active adults and athletes, including golfers, pickleball and tennis players, runners, and strength training clients, as well as people who simply want to move better, hurt less, and get back to doing what they love.
After three decades, her philosophy remains pretty simple:
find the problem, treat it effectively, and help people get back to their lives.

With more than 28 years of clinical experience, Dustin brings exceptional knowledge, skill, and a thoughtful approach to every treatment. Like Tabatha, he completed his massage therapy training in Canada, where orthopedic assessment, anatomy, and clinical treatment are the foundation of education.
Dustin and Tabatha worked together for more than seven years at Naples Massage & Neuromuscular before reuniting at Woods Edge Therapy. They share the same philosophy that lasting results come from identifying the source of a problem, not simply treating where it hurts.
As a certified Active Release Techniques® (ART®) provider with more than five years of experience, Dustin specializes in treating soft-tissue injuries, repetitive-strain, movement restrictions, and chronic pain. His treatments combine precise hands-on therapy with movement-based techniques to restore function, improve mobility, and help clients return to the activities they enjoy.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, Dustin develops each treatment around your individual goals rather than a one-size-fits-all hands-on approach. We are thrilled to welcome him back to the Woods Edge Therapy family.

Chrissy’s journey into professional bodywork began in 2000, when she experienced her first massage and immediately recognized the profound benefits bodywork could have on health and well-being. That experience inspired a career built on continued learning, advanced training, and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best.
With more than 26+ years of experience, Chrissy brings an extensive range of therapeutic techniques and a highly personalized approach to every session. She specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage with Neuromuscular Therapy, TACT (Therapeutic Active Cupping Technique), and Prenatal Massage throughout all stages of pregnancy.
While cupping may be incorporated into many of our massage sessions as part of our standard therapeutic protocols, Chrissy offers something different. As a Master Cupping Therapist & Instructor, her approach goes well beyond traditional or introductory cupping. Her advanced training allows her to use cupping as a more specialized, focused therapeutic technique, with an in-depth understanding of anatomy, soft tissue, movement, and injury recovery.
Chrissy has extensive experience working with soft-tissue injuries, including strains, sprains, and tears, as well as clients navigating orthopedic surgery and recovery. Her sessions may incorporate advanced cupping (if scheduled for such), massage, stretching, and other techniques based on the individual’s needs and goals.
Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from an injury, preparing for or recovering from surgery, experiencing persistent tension, or simply looking to move and feel better, Chrissy brings 26+ years of experience, advanced expertise, and genuine care to every session.

Stephanie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000, bringing more than 25 years of experience and a deeply therapeutic approach to her work. Her focus is helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function through individualized, intentional treatment.
Her extensive training includes Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and cupping. She enjoys working with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscular tension, restricted movement, sports-related concerns, and those recovering from injury.
Stephanie’s passion for bodywork is also personal. After struggling with severe sciatica and drop foot as a young adult, her own experience with massage, movement, and yoga gave her a lasting appreciation for the body’s ability to recover and adapt. That experience continues to influence the thoughtful and compassionate way she approaches each client.
Her background in yoga, breathwork and meditation gives Stephanie an additional understanding of the connection between movement, tension and overall wellbeing. She blends that perspective with more than two decades of clinical experience to create sessions that can be both highly therapeutic and restorative.
Stephanie remains committed to continuing education and believes the best treatment is never one size fits all. Each session is tailored to the individual in front of her, their goals, and what their body needs that day.
